This Privacy Policy describes how Solution Education Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Solve Student and Solve Instructor (collectively, the “Apps”).

This Policy applies to our Apps, websites, and related services. By using the Apps you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
Account & authentication data: email address, display name (if provided), provider identifier when you sign in with Apple or Google. We do not receive your third-party password.
Usage & diagnostics: device/OS, app version, crash logs, performance metrics (e.g., via Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics, if enabled).
Content you provide: notes, posts, uploaded media, course materials, messages, class info.
Transaction status: In-App Purchase/Subscription status from Apple (no full card data—billing handled by Apple).
Subscriptions & purchases: We receive subscription status and related metadata from Apple and our purchase infrastructure provider (e.g., RevenueCat). We do not receive full payment card details. This data is used to determine entitlement (active/expired), prevent fraud, and provide support.
Support: messages and contact details you send us.
3. How we use information
Provide and secure the Apps (authentication, user accounts, classes, content sync).
Maintain and improve quality (debugging, crash reports, analytics).
Communicate with you (service notices, support).
Enforce terms, prevent abuse, protect rights and safety.
Comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (if applicable)
Where required (e.g., GDPR), processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (app security/quality), legal obligations, and your consent where requested.
5. Sharing & processors
We do not sell personal information. We share with service providers solely to operate the Apps, such as:
Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Storage, Crashlytics, Analytics where used);
Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store billing);
Other vendors strictly as necessary (e.g., error monitoring, email delivery).
6. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
7. Retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above. You may request deletion; some records may be retained as required by law or to resolve disputes.
8. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data and to object/restrict certain processing. To exercise rights, contact us at solve.education.tech@gmail.com. If required by local law (e.g., PDPA/GDPR), you may also complain to a regulator.
9. Additional information for Solve Student
Educational content & activity: we process class participation, submissions, and learning artifacts to provide app features.
Children: If the app is used by minors, we limit data collection to what is necessary and rely on appropriate consent mechanisms as required by law. Do not submit sensitive data without permission.
Tracking: we do not use advertising identifiers for student profiles. Analytics (if enabled) is used to improve functionality.
10. Additional information for Solve Instructor
Public profiles/content (if applicable): name, bio, course materials you publish may be visible to your students.
Payments/KYC (if applicable): if we later support payouts, we may collect identity/financial info via a payment processor; details will be added to this Policy.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, provide in-app notice.
