This Privacy Policy applies to the Prowell Healthspan mobile application and related services. Your use of the App is subject to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Account & authentication data: email address and unique user identifier collected via Firebase Authentication. We do not collect or store your password directly.
Health log data: information you voluntarily enter, including sleep duration, exercise activity, meal details, and related health tracking data.
AI-generated summaries: weekly analysis results generated based on your health logs (only if consent is provided).
Usage & diagnostics: device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and performance metrics (e.g., via Firebase services).
Product interaction data: interactions with our product catalog (e.g., viewed products).
Support communications: messages and contact details you send to us.

3. How we use information

Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
Authenticate users securely through Firebase Authentication.
Store and manage health logs you choose to record.
Generate AI-based weekly health analysis only when you provide explicit consent.
Display and manage our supplement product catalog.
Improve functionality, stability, and user experience.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Third-Party Transmission, AI processing & consent

The App provides an optional AI-based weekly health analysis feature.

Explicit consent required: Your health log data will be transmitted via encrypted connection to Google LLC’s Gemini AI service through Google Cloud Platform infrastructure for the sole purpose of generating personalized wellness insights and product recommendations.
No consent: If you do not provide consent, your health logs will not be used for AI analysis. You may continue to use non-AI features such as viewing the product catalog.
Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time within the App settings. Withdrawal will stop future AI processing. Previously generated summaries may remain stored unless you request deletion.

We do not use your health log data for any purpose other than generating the AI-based analysis when consent is given. We do not share this data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding health-related decisions.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers solely to operate the App, including:

Google Firebase (Authentication, database, hosting, analytics, crash reporting).
Google Cloud Platform & Gemini used to generate health analysis when consent is given.

These providers process data under contractual obligations and applicable data protection standards.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside your residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are implemented to protect your data.

7. Data retention

We retain your account information and health logs for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under applicable data protection laws such as PDPA or GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for AI processing at any time.
